Document Description
An ephemeral channel traverses a highly disturbed lot in an industrial area of Nipomo. The channel averages approximately 20 feet in width and 4 to 5 feet in depth. The proposed project would construct a road crossing across the channel to provide vehicular access to each side. The site would be excavated to accommodate placement of two to three corrugated metal pipe culverts approximately 36 to 38 inches in diameter. The culverts would then be covered with fill material and compacted. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0418-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
