Document Description
An underground pipe carrying semi-refined pipeline quality crude petroleum products passes under the creek. A dent was discovered in the pipe where it crosses the creek. The proposed project would repair the dented pipeline by excavating the stream bottom and installing a sleeve around the line. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0535-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
