The proposed project would install a flatcar bridge over Nipomo Creek. Concrete abutments would be constructed at the top of the bank and 12-inch diameter columns, each approximately 7 feet deep, would be set within the abutments. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0648-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
