Document Description
1) The Project includes construction of a temporary two-foot wide by two-foot deep by 50-foot long ditch from the existing "wet" river channel to an existing river well, that has been used as an alternate water supply for the past 20 years for a three month period during dry water years.
2) Maintain sufficient water flow to the river well to provide a maximum production of up to 40 gallons per minute during an interim period of not more than three months while the primary water supply and system are renovated.
3) Backfill the temporary ditch prior to the termination date of this agreement and restore vegetation cover and floodplain to the elevation present prior to this construction.
