Proposed Parcel 2 will be 25,930 sq. ft. and is currently vacant. An exception to the road width and lot frontage standards is requested for proposed Parcel 2, pursuant to H.C.C Section 325-9. A Special Permit is required for the removal of five (5) trees. Water and sewer services will be provided by the Humboldt Community Services District.
