Document Description
The property is proposed to be used for recreational paintball fields. The parcel will consist of an approximate maximum of 3 to 4 individual paintball fields, primarily located in the northern half of the parcel. The paintball fields will be utilized by 2 competing teams, and games will be facilitated by a volunteer referree. The paintball fields will be surrounded by a 12 foot high perimeter netting to contain the shooting of paintballs. The natural terrain ofthe parcel will serve as the playing field, and there is no construction of permanent structures proposed for the project. Operational hours would consist of Saturday and Sundays only, from 9:00 am to 3:3 pm. Tournament events are proposed 3 times a year and would also occur during weekends from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. There will be no business operations occurring during weekdays.
