Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction of a 56-bed, medium security detention dormitory at the existing Mendocino County Adult Detention Facility. The dormitory will provide three recreational areas, two dormitory units per floor, a day room, and bathroom facilities. The dormitory would be two stories and 4,575 square feet and would be constructed on ground presently occupied by an exercise yard that is set between two existing dormitory units.
