As part of the improvements and expansion of the South Bay Aqueduct, a new intake structure will be installed at Bethany Reservoir in Alameda County. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0854-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Terry Becker / California Department of Water Resources.
