Approval and construction of (1) an IKEA retail store totaling 317,000 square feet on 14.34 acres of land, including retail sales, restaurant, warehouse and 1,130 on-site parking spaces; and (2) the Dublin Retail Center, consisting of up to 137,000 square feet of retail space and related uses on 13.20 acres of land with 665 on-site parking spaces. The project also includes site grading, installation of landscaping and utility connections. Requested land use entitlements include an Amendment to the Eastern Dublin General Plan and Specific Plan, Stage 1 and 2 rezoning and Development Plans, Site Development Review, a Tentative Parcel Map, a Vesting Tentative Parcel Map and a Development Agreement.
