The City of Lodi proposes to create an approximate 5,280 acre Sphere of Influence to provide land that would potentially be required for wastewater storage and disposal facilities associated with the White Slough WPCF for City of Lodi General Plan buildout flow conditions if future surface water discharges were determined to be unfeasible.
