Document Description
GCID proposes to enter into a renewed agreement of GCID's existing Sacramento River Settlement Contract with the US Bureau of Reclamation. The Settlement Contract will be renewed for the same quantities of Base Supply water (720,000 AFA) and CVP Project Water (105,000 AFA) as provided for in GCID's existing Settlement Contract. The term of the renewal contract is 40 years (until March 31, 2044). No changes are proposed as a result of the renewal to either the source of water or the point of diversion. The source of the water is the Sacramento River and Stony Creek. The point of diversion is the Hamilton City Pumping Plant.
