Document Description
The proposed project would change the City of San Jose General Plan Land Use/Transportation Diagram designation from Industrial Park to Medium Density Residential (8-16 DU/AC). The proposed project would also rezone the 13.8 acre site from HI-Heavy Industrial Zoning District to A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District to allow for up to 112 detached single family residences and a public street network on this site.
