Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0408-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Gilbert Meyer/GHC Lund Ranch LLC C/O Greenbriar Homes Communities Inc.
The project is limited to construction of 43 single-family homes on approximately 21 acres. Project construction will result in direct impacts to 256 linear feet of a stream channel passing through the development footprint and removal of 23 native trees and 5 non-native trees within the riparian area. Mitigation for the project's direct impact to this drainage channel is the creation/ restoration of 1,112 linear feet of degraded channel passing through the property immediately south of the development footprint.
