Natomas Central Mutual Water Company (Natomas Mutual) submitted change petitions to the Division of Water Rights to add the new Sankey diversion on the Sacramento River to its water rights. TheSankey diversion is a new state-of-the-art screened diversion on the Sacramento River that is part of the American Basin Fish Screen and Habitat Improvement Project.
