Document Description
The Gael Trust proposes extensive renovations and construction of additions to an existing, historically significant, 12,729 square foot main residence and 3,069 square foot detached gym and garage building. Demolition of an existing 1,054 square foot pool pavilion, loggia, pool and jacuzzi and construction of a new 1,759 square foot pool recreation room, loggia, arbor and 3,000 square foot pool and jacuzzi. Construction of a new 300 square foot garden trellis and new 281 square foot golf accessory structure. A new water well for irrigation purposes is also proposed.
