Document Description
A Special Use Permit: 1) bring into compliance the expansion of an existing legal non-conforming packing shed with a new tarp covering and receiving line; 2) allow a new packing and cold storage facility with an office/restroom, a receiving area, a loading dock area, a drainage pond, and a produce market with farm and packing shed tours to the public; and 3) allow a Lot Line Adjustment creating parcels containing less than the minimum required acreage for the purpose of establishing new agricultural-related industries or services, all on an existing 50+/- acre site in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural - 20 acre minimum) zone.
