Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Sreambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1603 (SAA R5-2003-0050) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Wakeland Housing. The applicant proposes to alter the stream to develop Beyer Boulevard Apartment, a 2.43 acre affordable housing complex with associated parking areas and landscaping. As part of the overall project, the stream will be permanently redirected throgh an underground reinforced concrete box culvert. The project is located parallel to Beyer Boulevard and immediately east of Precision Park in the community of San Ysidro, City of San Diego, San Diego County.
