Document Description
Site Development Permit (SDP), Rezone, Community Plan Amendment (CPA), Planned Development Permit (PDP) and Request for Release of Home Funds in an amount not to exceed $2,998,000 from Federal Fiscal Year 2001 in order to construct a 60-unit, multi-family residential, affordable housing development with accessory facilities on a 2.5-acre site. The new construction would consist of five three-story, 12-unit, affordable residential buildings, one recreation building and one laundry and maintenance building. The floor area of the proposed buildings would total 73,689 square-feet and the structures would not exceed 30-feet in height. Parking would consist of 114 standard surface parking spaces, three accessible parking spaces, and one commuter van accessible parking space for a total of 118 on-site automobile parking spaces and six motorcycle spaces. The proposed project site is located on the north side of Beyer Boulevard, east of Precision Park Lane, and within the San Ysidro Implementing Ordinance in the San Ysidro Community Plan area.
