Document Description
Construct and operate an LNG import terminal consisting of an 1,100-foot wharf, two 160,000 cubic meter LNG storage tanks, pumps and piping, an LNG truck loading facility, associated hazard detection, control, and prevention systems, and two pipelines to transport natural gas to the local system and ethane to a local refinery.
