Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval of the Design Review Board, Zoning Administrator, and Planning Commission for the construction of a series of additions and improvements to the Glendale Adventist Medical Center including, demolition and additions. The project proposes construction of a 207,657 square foot parking structure anticipated to provide 500 gross vehicle parking spaces. It would also include the construction of a 61,885 square foot medical office building, a new nine-story building consisting of a 185,685 square foot facility and finally the construction of the second portion of the acute care facility. The second component of the new tower facility will be 76,025 square feet. Upon completion of the Glendale Medical Center master plan, the net change in overall facility square footage would be approximately 380,633 square feet (531,252 gross square feet - 150.619 total square feet of demolition).
