The project includes a new wter well site and pumping station to be located at the southwest corner of the Clovis Rodeo Grounds. This well site will provide groundwater for domestic use. After all construction, the site may be expected to include various pieces of associated equipment and machinery, a 6 foot wall or fence, and landscape screening for aesthetic purposes
