Document Description
Community Plan Amendment, Costa Verde Specific Plan Amendment, Planned Development Permit, Site Development Permit, Rezone, and Tentative Map to develop a 4.77-acre site. The proposal includes the construction of four condominium towers. Residential tower A would be thirty-three stories and approximately 350 feet tall. Residential towers B and C would be thirty-six stories and approximately 380 feet tall. The residential flex tower would be forth-three stories and approximately 455 feet tall. Two hundred residential units of the flex tower may be converted to into an equal number of hotel units. Approximately 1,909,143 square feet of multi-family residential development would be provided with this project. Parking for 1,934 vehicles would be provided in four, four-level subterranean parking structures. The community plan amendment would be for the land use redesignation from commercial/visitor to high-density multi-family.
