Demolish an existing ARCO gas station consisting of 8 fueling stations and a 1,636 sq. ft. AM/PM convenience store and construct a new gas station consisting of 12 fueling stations (6 fuel pumps), a new 41' x 85' canopy, a 1680 sq. ft. AM/PM convenience store and a new twenty-foot high freestanding sign. The project includes two new underground storage tanks, new landscaping, a new trash enclosure, and a temporary remediation compound.
