Document Description
The Department of Fish and Game is approving a 1-year extension of the existing Incidental Take Permit issued in January 2005 for geotechnical investigations near the dam. The Permit, issued under the California Endangered Species Act, authorizes take of Mohave ground squirrel and requires full mitigation of impacts of that take. The extension will not change the extent of impact or mitigation.
