Document Description
Construction and operation of a pipeline and electrical cable from the existing lake inlet structure, across Lake Palmdale to tie on the opposite shore to the inlet to the existing water treatment plant. The purpose of the project is to improve delivered water quality, by conveying water from the California Aqueduct directly into the treatment plant at times when Lake Palmdale, the current forebay for the plant, is experience taste and odor or high turbidity conditions.
