Document Description
The California Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division (OHV Division), proposes to develop and operate an SVRA at Laborde Canyon. DPR is considering the acquisition of the project site properties, currently owned by Lockheed. The SVRA would provide OHV recreation opportunities mainly for residents of the counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
