The proposed project, owned and operated by Foxy Foods, LLC, is a food processing facility to be located on a 10.1 acre site off of Gonzales River Road in the City of Gonzales, California (APN 223-081-04). The project buildings are proposed to be approximately 114,000 square feet in size. As described in the plans, the facility will be built in two phases, Phase I would be 56,530 square feet including 4,800 square feet of office space. Phase 2, which would be constructed in two to four years, would add 52,800 square feet to the food processing facility.
