The proposed Parking Structure 3 would provide 1,086 parking spaces (a net gain of 882 spaces after the loss of Lot 22) within a 355,000 gross square foot structure. The Parking Structure would provide six and one half levels of parking. the balance of Lot 22 will remain with 70 surface parking spaces.
