Document Description
Construction of a commercial retail facility with up to 150,000 square feet of office space and road improvements to Harding Avenue on 11.47 acres located northwest of the intersection of Grand Avenue and Harding Street in the City of Escondido, California south of the existing Escondido Village Mall Shoppin Center. The proposed project requires removal of existing administration and parking facilities for the Escondido Union School District (EUSD) that currently occupy the site. The existing school adminstration facilities would be relocated to the southeast corner of Ash Street and Washington Avenue. The project therefore considers a site plan.
