The proposed project includes construction of a commercial retail facility with up to 150,000 square feet of space on an approximately 11.11 acres of land. The proposed project requires removal of the existing administration facilities for the Escondido Union School District. The existing 60,000 square foot school administration facilities is proposed to be relocated to an approximately 4.57 acre parcel. The proposed project therefore considers a site plan for the 11.11 acre Wal-Mart project site an conceptual design plans for the approximate 4.57 acre Escondido Union School District administration site.
