Document Description
The project proponent is a revised version of a project that was previously circulated for public review from Dec 24, 2004 through Feb 2, 2005. Primary revisions to the project include a reduction in unit size and modified access, wastewater service and fire safety provisions. This revised project consists of 15 single family detached custom lots on the 38.49 acre Puddingstone Hill. Lot sizes vary from 12,306 to 123,857 sf. The residential lots would be located primarily in the eastern portion of the site, along the eastern side of the Puddingstone Hill peak. One lot would be located on the northwestern portion of the site. It is the developer's stated intent to limit the residential development in areas not constrained by slopes, native vegetation and view corridors. The residential pads would be generally confined to the areas with terrain below the 25% slope.
