Document Description
The SDWQCB has approved Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. R9-2017-0179) authorizing the Project. The applicant proposes to develop 251.6 acres of land to include housing, industrial land, public facilities, and infrastructure improvements in the City of Chula Vista, CA. Compensatory mitigation for project impacts from the fill of waters of the State will be provided through re-establishment of stream channel/floodplain and a seasonal pond at the Otay River Restoration Project Site.
