Document Description
DFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (SAA# 1600-2012-0052-R5) to the project applicant, SSBT LCRE V, LLC. The applicant proposes to fill and grade all of the streams occurring on the property, with the exception of Wolf Canyon which is to be preserved as dedicated open space, to accommodate development of a business park consisting of 28 lots planned for industrial uses, an extension of Heritage Road to Main Street, and construction of a water quality desiltation basin.
