Document Description
The project includes the following: Grading of 4 new well pads (total disturbance of about 2.68 acres); Grading on 18 existing well pads (total disturbance of about 4.22 acres); Construction of 95 production wells; Construction of 30 injection wells; Construction of 3 new steam generators (previously approved in the 1994 Phase III Development Plan); and, Increasing production of marketable quality crude oil from 1,800 - 1,900 barrels of per day (BOPD) to 5,000 BOPD. The California Division of Oil, Gas, And Geothermal Resources considered the EIR prepared by the Lead Agency and subsequent findings from the Lead Agency concerning replacement wells and issued a Permit to Conduct Well Operations.
The Division of Oil, Gas, And Geothermal Resources has approved permits for to (install, rework, abandon) the oil and gas wells listed below, in the oilfield.
