Document Description
The proposed project would consist of a multi-purpose arena (the "Galen Center"); an ancillary facility (the "Athletic Pavilion"); and a 1,200 space parking structure. A total of 300,000 square feet of floor area is proposed for the Galen Center and the Athletic Pavilion. The Galen Center is proposed as a 245,000-square foot facility, with a seating capacity of 10,260 persons.
