Annexation into the City of Los Banos, a General Plan Amendment, to change the land use designation on 8-acres from Office Industrial to Low Density Residential and to pre-zone 19.4 acres (to include the Cortez one-acre property from County Agricultural to Low Density Residential, and to subdivide 19 acres into 78 R-1 (Low Density Residential) lots including and two small play lots; 1.04 acres and 7,833 square foot parcel. This development shall be known the "Orchard Terrace II" subdivision.
