Document Description
The Operator had proposed to build a wall (of about 2/3 of a mile in length) to prevent the existing road from eroding into the river. About 85% of the wall has been installed. The Operator proposes to stabilize and plant the existing portion of the wall and discontinue building the remaining sections. The California Dept. of Fish and Game is executing a renewal of Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-199-0263-3 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to Art Narvaez of Schooner Landing.
