Document Description
The biotreater is a 1.4 acre unlined surface impoundment with a capacity of 3.8 million gallons. The refinery is currently under a San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board Order (No. 95-234) which requires the operation of a groundwater extraction system. THis order also requires groundwater monitoring. There are no known releases or pathways of release from this unit that would affect any hazardous residue left in place.
