Document Description
This project proposes to construct westbound and eastbound passing lanes at two locations on Route 299 in Trinity County between KP 89.7 and 92.8 (PM 55.7 to 57.7) (Exhibit 2). The area is currently two lanes wide, standard width. The area covered by this project along Route 299 is from 0.4 km west of Rocky Point (KP 89.7/PM 55.7) to 1.2 km west (KP 92.8/PM 57.7) of the Moon Lim Rest Area near Douglas City. The project area falls within the Weaverville 7 1/2-minute Quadrangle, T33N, R10W, Sections 25 & 26, T33N R9W, Section 30 and T32N, R10W, Section 1.
