Document Description
Routine maintain of a side channel of the Middle Fork of the Tule River in order to provide an adequate supply of water to the diversion headgate of the Graham Osborn Ditch Company, including the following: shifting of rock so that water allowed by appropriated right is received, clearing deposition of silt, sand, and downed trees that obstructs the flow of water in the side channel, shifting of rock on the main channel's bed to form a 45 degree angle to the left (east) bank, extending no further than the mid-point of the main channel's bed, and erosion prevention and/orcontrol of the left eastern) stream bank at the point of the diversion headgate.
