Authorize the maximum dredge of 80,000 cubic yards of material annually to maintain a navigable depth. Of the total 400,000 cubic yards of material dredged over the five year term, 15,000 cubic yards is to be generated from new dredging - the deepening of the berth and tug moorage area. The remaining 385, 000 cubic yards is to be generated from mainenance dredging.
