Where Sheep Creek crosses Duncan Road as a dip crossing the County will use concrete instead of asphalt for an appropriate dimension of 25 feet wide by 50 feet long. There is not disturbancce, alteration or removal any vegetation adjacent to Sleep Creek or Duncan Road.
