Document Description
Excavate a trench down the hillside to remove and replace the existing 24 inch pipe with a 48 inch pipe, approximately 150 feet above the jurisdicitional boundary. A new outfall structure and riprap apron will be installed to dissipate flows from the outfall pipe, depositing approximately 14 cubic yards of riprap below the ordinary high water mark. Part of the bank will be excavated to accommodate the riprap.
