2. Ordinance for Zone Change 02RZ-28 to rezone 0.7+/- acre of the project site from O to RE-3 and rezone 2.9+/- acres from RE-3 to O.
3. Resolution of application to the LAFCO to form a County Service Area to provide road maintenance for roads serving the proposed subdivision which are not accepted into the County Maintained System.
