The District proposes to enter into a 99-year lease with the Valley of the Moon Fire District to utilize the 0.3-acre parcel at the corner of Arnold Drive and Felder Road as the site of a new well facility. It is expected that the well would be drilled to a depth of between 400 and 600 feet, and the pumping rate would be approximately 160 gallons per minute over a 24-hour per day period.
