Document Description
Expansion of an existing recreational vehicle (boat and camper) and construction equipment and storage facility from the front half (30 acres+/-) to the rear half (30 acres+/-) of an existing 60 acres+/- flat vacant site. The original recreational vehicle storage facility was permitted under a former zoning unit (ZU-1568, PD-Planned Development) that allowed the use subject to a Site Development Review Variance approval is required for expansion of this use.
