Document Description
The project is the construction of the new Lafayette Library. The site is comprised of three parcels totaling 1.315 acres. The site is currently used for the existing Veterans Memorial Building and vehicle storage yards. The Library will have approximately 25,000 square feet with circulation, reference, administrative, assembly, multi-media and service areas; 112 on-site parking spaces in a two-level parking structure and at-grade parking lot; landscaping; and curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements along the adjacent rights-of-way. Construction of the Library is scheduled for 2004/2005.
