Document Description
The RTP is a performance-based plan aimed at providing long-range transportation goals, objectives, policies, and strategies to improve transportation within the region. The RTP is intended to meet the changing socio-economic, transportation infrastructure, financial, technological and environmental conditions of the region. It identifies specific mobility goals and objectives along with performance indicates necessary to meet those goals and demonstrate air quality conformity under a financially constrained environmental while providing flexibility to implementing agencies as they develop and refine their strategies.
