Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction of a multi-level, multi-pod parking structure and several ground level parking spaces that would serve patrons, service workers and administrative staff of the Casino and other governmental projects. The parking structure would be built on the previously disturbed envelop of the existing Casino and the adjacent Hillside Stabilization Project, which entails the installation of a series of soldier piles and tiebacks to remedy slope stability issues on the steep hillsides next to the Casino. The construction of the parking structure would require a minimal amount of grading for the installation of the building's foundation. It is anticipated that no off-Reservation disposal of graded material would be required as part of the Project. The parking structure would consist of three separate pods that would be connected via several short bridges. Pod A, the largest and easternmost pod, would consist of five levels of parking.
