Document Description
The project is located within Kelly's Subdivision, a 44 lot residential development just southerly of Sebestopol in Sonoma County, east of Highway 116. With the exception of the well and tank site improvements, all work will occur within paved streets. The well and tank site is approximately 200 feet north of the subdivision on APN 063-270-004. A water main runs south from the tank site to the distribution system in the subdivision. The 200 foot stretch between the tank site and the sub division is a sloping hillside, vegetated with ruderal grass species.
